Shipping rates will be calculated based on order size and weight. Competitive shipping rates are offered based on current live carrier rates. 

International shipping charges will be calculated based on order specifications and disclosed prior to fulfillment. Additional rates may be available by request. Specific carrier requests are subject to availability and may be accommodated at the discretion of Terra Pure Labs.

Terra Pure Labs is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout. Please verify all shipping information before placing your order.

• If your order has not shipped: Contact Customer Support immediately at 210-888-9614 or orders@terrapurelabsusa.com, and we will make every effort to update your address.
• If your order has already shipped: Customers are responsible for any carrier rerouting fees, return-to-sender charges, or reshipment costs.

Orders returned to Terra Pure Labs due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be resent once applicable fees and reshipping charges are paid.
